Our housekeeping, maintenance and linen service is provided in house and all persons performing work in your property are covered by Workmen’s Compensation Insurance.


Our in-house Accounting team provides you accurate accounting of your monthly rental activity and any expense charges associated with your property. Reports are accessible to you 24 hours a day.

Management Fees

Management fees for our rental and management services vary and reflect the level and type service we provide you. We guarantee transparency and full disclosure of all our fees. The fee for our management services is based on a percentage commission of the rents generated or, a flat monthly fee plus reimbursable costs.

Second Home Maintenance Program

Second Homeowners who decide to keep their property for their own personal use and choose not rent, will enjoy the peace of mind of our Second Home Maintenance Program.
